1. Who we are

pinfox.tech ("PINFOX", "we") is a website offering free browser games, online tools, game assets and video content. This policy explains how personal data is processed when you use our site and its optional "play with friends" features.

2. Using the site without an account

Games, tools, assets and videos can be used without an account. We do not ask for your name or email there. Your favorites, theme/language preference and best scores are stored only in your own browser storage (localStorage) and are not sent to our servers.

3. Data we collect when you sign in with Google

To use the "play with friends" features you sign in with your Google account. Sign-in is handled entirely by Google; Google does not send us your password. We receive only:

• Your name (the display name on your Google account)
• Your email address
• The URL of your profile picture
• A unique identifier of your Google account

4. Data created by the features

• Friends list: people you add through an invite link (up to 10) and your own invite code.
• Player profile and ranking: results of matches you play (game, opponent, score, winner, date), your match/win/loss counts and your calculated player rating.
• Online status: your friends can see whether you are currently connected.
• Session cookie: a strictly necessary, HttpOnly cookie valid for 30 days that keeps you signed in.
• Chat messages and live game data: messages between friends and real-time in-game sync data are NOT stored in a database; they are only relayed to the connected parties and discarded immediately.

5. How we use data

We do not use your data for advertising purposes, sell it, or share it with third parties for marketing.

• To create your account and manage your session,
• To operate friend connections, invitations and multiplayer games,
• To show your match history, statistics and rankings,
• To keep the service secure, prevent cheating/abuse and fix bugs,
• To comply with legal obligations.

6. What other users can see

Your name and profile picture may be visible to other signed-in users in friends lists, game invitations, match histories and, if your rating is in the top 10, on the global leaderboard. Your email address is never shown to other users.

7. Cookies, Google Analytics and advertising

Our site uses Google Analytics (GA4) to measure visitor statistics and Google AdSense to display ads (or may do so). These services may place cookies in your browser and collect information such as IP address, browser details and pages visited.

Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on a user's prior visits to this website or other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visit to this site and/or other sites on the Internet.

You can opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings (adssettings.google.com), opt out of third-party vendors' use of cookies for personalized advertising at aboutads.info, or install Google's browser add-on to disable Google Analytics. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings; some features (such as staying signed in) may then not work.

8. Third-party services

• Google Sign-In (authentication), Google Analytics (statistics), Google AdSense (ads), Google Maps (map on the About page).
• Links on our site may take you to external sites such as Steam, Fab, YouTube or Instagram; we are not responsible for their privacy practices.

9. Retention and deletion

Your account data is kept while your account exists. You can permanently delete your account at any time with the "Delete my account" button on your profile page; this irreversibly removes your profile, friend connections and match records. You may also request deletion by email. Server security logs (access logs) are kept for a reasonable period and as required by law.

10. Your rights

Under Turkish Law No. 6698 (KVKK) and, if you access the site from the EU/EEA, the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, object to the processing of, and port your data, and to withdraw consent. See the KVKK Data Notice for details. You may send requests to the email address below.

11. Children's privacy

Account-based features are not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them. Users under 18 are encouraged to use these features under parental/guardian supervision. If you believe a child's data has reached us, contact us and we will delete it.

12. Security and changes

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures (encrypted connections, HttpOnly session cookie, access restrictions), but no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. We may update this policy from time to time; the current version is always published on this page and the date above changes.
