1. Acceptance

By using pinfox.tech (the "Service") you agree to these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. The Service

PINFOX offers free browser games, online tools, game assets and video content. Optionally, by signing in with your Google account you can add friends, chat with them in real time, send game invitations and compete in multiplayer games to earn rating and rankings.

3. Eligibility and account

• You must be at least 13 to use account-based features; if you are under 18 you must have your parent's/guardian's permission.
• Sign-in is only through a Google account. You are responsible for the security of your account and for activity under it.
• One account per person; you may not transfer your account to someone else.
• The friends list is limited to 10 people; this limit may change with notice.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Cheat, or manipulate scores, ratings or rankings through bots, automation, exploits or bugs (including arranged matches between accounts),
• Send other users insults, harassment, threats, hate speech, spam or illegal/inappropriate content,
• Attempt to access someone else's account or impersonate anyone,
• Harm or overload the Service's infrastructure or try to bypass security measures,
• Use the Service for any purpose that violates applicable law.

5. Chat and user conduct

Messages between friends are not stored on our servers, but you alone are responsible for their content. We reserve the right to restrict or delete accounts that violate these rules without warning.

6. Rating and rankings

Player ratings and rankings are calculated automatically from multiplayer match results. The rating method, rankings and statistics may be changed, corrected or reset without notice; ratings and rankings carry no monetary value, prize or entitlement. Records found to involve cheating or abuse may be removed.

7. Intellectual property

The games, tools, designs, logos, text, images and software on the site belong to PINFOX or its licensors and are protected by copyright. Except for personal, non-commercial use, they may not be copied, reproduced, distributed or reverse-engineered without prior written permission. Paid game assets are subject to the license terms on the relevant store page (Fab, Steam, etc.).

8. Ads and third-party links

Third-party ads such as Google AdSense may be shown in the Service. We are not responsible for advertisers' content or for the practices of third-party sites. See the Privacy Policy for cookie and data use.

9. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available"; we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or work on every device/browser. Results from tools (calculators, converters, etc.) are informational and should not be relied on alone for financial, legal, medical or engineering decisions. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages or loss of data or profit arising from use of, or inability to use, the Service. Your mandatory rights under consumer protection law are not affected.

10. Termination

You may permanently delete your account at any time with the "Delete my account" button on your profile page. We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is published on this page; continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the new Terms.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul have jurisdiction, without prejudice to the jurisdiction and remedies available under consumer law (Consumer Arbitration Committees, Consumer Courts).
